Do you offer sessions online?

​Yes, Sol Source Nutrition & Wellness is an online service. Your appointment can be held online via Zoom, FaceTime or by phone call. You can make your selection of appointment type when you book.

How do I book an appointment?

You can request an appointment directly on my website using the form provided. Simply select the type of appointment, preferred method (Zoom, Facetime, or phone call), and a desired date/time. I’ll follow up via email to confirm your booking.

Alternatively, feel free to reach out via email or Instagram DM at @solsourcenutrition, and I’ll assist you with the process!

Do you accept clients from outside of Nova Scotia?

Yes! Sol Source Nutrition & Wellness accepts clients for online/phone appointments from all across Canada and the United States. Please be aware that my schedule/emails are sent from the Halifax timezone (GMT-4). 

What payment methods do you accept?

Sol Source Nutrition & Wellness accepts credit card payments and E-transfer payments. Once you have completed your appointment, you will receive an invoice with a link to securely pay by credit card, or instructions on how to pay via E-transfer. E-transfer option is limited to clients within Canada. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Sol Source Nutrition & Wellness requires 24 hours’ notice for any cancelled appointments.

What if I’m late for my session?

If you join your scheduled virtual appointment late, you will still have access to the remaining time. For example, if you are 10 minutes late for a 60-minute session, the remaining 50 minutes will still be available to you.


To ensure fairness to all clients, virtual appointments cannot extend beyond their originally scheduled end time, as this may affect other scheduled sessions. Thank you for your understanding!

What should I expect during my first session?

During your first session, we’ll review the intake forms you complete beforehand, which provide an overview of your health history, dietary habits, lifestyle, and goals. Our 1-hour video consultation will focus on understanding your unique needs and discussing personalized strategies to support your wellness journey. After the session, I’ll send you a detailed plan that includes dietary recommendations, a personalized one-week meal plan, tailored lifestyle suggestions, and any appropriate supplementation.

Do you offer packages or discounts for multiple sessions?

Yes! I offer personalized nutrition coaching packages with options for 3, 6, 9, or 12 sessions at discounted rates. These packages include multiple follow-up consultations and ongoing support to help you achieve your health goals. Additionally, Nutrition Coaching clients receive a 10% discount on personalized training plans as an added benefit.

Do you provide meal plans or recipes?

Yes! All consultations and coaching packages include a personalized one-week meal plan/recipe bundle tailored to your dietary preferences, restrictions, and goals. My meal plans are designed to be both nourishing and practical, aligning with your lifestyle.

Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?

Before your first appointment, you’ll need to complete comprehensive intake forms, which I’ll provide. These forms help me understand your health history, current habits, and goals so that we can make the most of our time together.

How do I know if your services are right for me?

My services are perfect for anyone looking to enhance their overall well-being, optimize their nutrition, or address specific health concerns. If you’re ready to invest in your health and want personalized guidance, we’ll work well together.

What areas of wellness do you focus on?

I focus on a variety of wellness areas, including gut health, hormonal balance, strength-building, body recomposition, and supporting clients with chronic health concerns. My approach is holistic, integrating nutrition, movement, and lifestyle adjustments to promote overall well-being.

How long is each session?

Initial consultations are 1 hour, and follow-up consultations are 45 minutes. Personalized nutrition coaching packages also include a 60-minute protocol delivery session.

Can I contact you between sessions?

Yes! Clients have access to email and text support for any questions related to their plan during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Do I need any equipment for virtual sessions?

You’ll need a stable internet connection and a device with a webcam for video chats. Intake forms and resources are all provided digitally.

Can you work with my doctor or other healthcare providers?

Yes! Collaboration with other healthcare providers is welcome to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to your health.

I struggle with digestive issues like bloating, gas, and discomfort. Can you help me?
